Welcome to Week 31 of Meal Plan Monday!
Sorry I missed a few weeks! Just got super busy and needed to step away from the blog for a bit. But I’ve got November all planned out for you so you won’t have to worry about thinking about your meal plans for the rest of the month at least!
It’s pretty basic this week…we’ve got soooo much going on this month that I’m not going to do anything too creative! Hope you don’t mind!
Meal Plan #31
Monday – Egg and Cheese Tacos with avocado and tomato
Tuesday – Tilapia Fish Tacos with Cole Slaw and sliced apples
Wednesday – Grilled Cheese with grapes and baby carrots
Thursday – Hawaiian Meatloaf
Saturday – Asian Chicken Stir Fry
Sunday – Crockpot Lasagna
Treat – Salted Caramel Mocha Brownies
I do try and do as much gluten free cooking as I can (though it’s not 100% so if you need gluten free just be sure to double check ingredients). I usually refer to the cookbook Gluten Free on a Shoestring for making breads and cakes.
