I suck at coupons. I have no idea what my problem is, but I just fail at all aspects of couponing.
I can clip them, but then leave them at home. Or I bring them to the store…only to find out they’ve already expired or I need to buy 12 of the item to get 3 whole cents off.
For me it’s just really always been a waste of time.
But now that I have to pay for two kids to go to preschool full time (totally worth it), I NEED to cut some corners…and coupons seem like the logical step.
Coupons are kind of like diaper rash…everyone has an opinion on how to do it and what’s the best method…but it really just depends on what works best for you at that moment.
So in my search to find the BEST site (in my opinion) I’ve come across some amazing sites with LOADS of information about Couponing 101.
TheKrazyCouponLady.com – This site was by far the #1 site recommended to me when I asked about learning to coupon. They have TONS of information and ads for every store under the sun I think. They also have a 10 day program to teach you how to become a crazy coupon lady!
FrugalLivingMom.com – She’s got tons of articles that are sure to help you figure out just what’s confusing you.
The FrugalGirls.com – They have a LARGE amount of info for those of us just getting started. This link will give you tons of info.
MoneySavingMom.com – She talks about coupons and has databases and all that stuff, but I’m REALLY liking her 31 Days to a Better Grocery Budget. Kind of a put it all together and do this series.
Leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite Couponing 101 site is so I can check it out!
